Josiah Allis serves as Health Plan Manager for Cedar Health Alliance, overseeing the Alliance’s overall health plan strategy, development, and ongoing management. He works with participating churches, ministry organizations, advisors, and service partners to keep the plan aligned with its core objectives of improving affordability, creating greater premium stability, and delivering meaningful value to employers and their employees as the Alliance grows.

Josiah is also President and Co-Founder of Design Health, an integrated health benefits firm focused on innovative health strategies. His experience includes work on healthcare public policy at both the state and federal levels, including the Small Business Healthcare Relief Act. He earned a degree in Business Management and a Certificate of Entrepreneurship from the University of Northern Colorado and serves clients across 25 states.
