In-Person Care When Needed
When in-person care is required, care is coordinated to:

- Specialists

- Surgical facilities
Members are not required to give up their current doctors. Care is coordinated, not restricted.
Direct Pay Surgeries
For many qualifying procedures, including major surgeries, Cedar Health Alliance provides access to direct-pay surgery options that significantly reduce total cost, and in many cases result in $0 out-of-pocket for the member.
Personal Care Guidance (Amaze Health)
Every member’s care is supported by Amaze Health, a national medical practice that serves as both a provider and a personal care guide.
Acute Care

- Amaze helps coordinate scheduling with local providers
- Direct Pay options available at no cost
- Traditional cost-sharing applies when direct pay is not used
In-Person Wellness

- Typically, blood work is ordered locally by Amaze
- Virtual Appointment with Amaze Concierge Provider
Your Amaze provider reviews your recent blood panel, your full health picture, medications, supplements, and next steps, all in one comprehensive visit. - If an in-person visit is required, Amaze coordinates local care.
